Meet your Meditation Coach
Laura J Jones is a devoted meditator and has been successfully coaching private clients with Mind Calm since she graduated 3 years ago. Laura is also a qualified Biofeedback practitioner and Mind Detox therapist and often combines all three techniques to help clients transform from a place of emotional or physical dis-ease to wellness and happiness. Having worked internationally at the Award-winning LifeCo Detox Centre in Turkey, via my Online Skype clinic and in person, and I am now excited to introduce the world of meditation to Edinburgh’s Yoga Room.
