6 WEEK COURSE - THURSDAY EVENING'S

During this 6 week course, you will discover the life-changing insights that sit at the heart of Mind Calm's unique meditation technique, have opportunities to meditate for short periods of time, discover unhealthy beliefs you may be carrying, plus get to experience the powerful Biofeedback Machine to improve your health and heighten your awareness. MIND CALM MEDITATION

  • Mind Calm Philosophy + Common Meditation Happenings + Hearts Highest Hope

  • Peripheral Vision + The Powerful Psychological & Physiological Healing Benefits

  • Thinking Makes You Miss Now + The 3-Step Mind Calm Method + 10 Mind Calm Thoughts + Guided Group Meditation (open + closed eyed technique).

  • Suitable for absolute beginners wanting to learn how to meditate and also for more experienced meditators looking to try a new technique or deepen their experience.

MIND DETOX METHOD

  • Difference between a Belief and an Actual Truth + Where Beliefs are Stored + Going from Head to Your Heart 

  • Why it's not actually about what Happened that was a Problem, but more why it was a problem for you, so you can Explore the Root Cause Reason + 5 Step Method; When, What, Why and Why not? 

  • Explore your Root Cause Reasons by Practising 5 Step Method in pairs

BIOFEEDBACK

  • Our Body's Inhouse Regulator + What Stress Actually Is + How it can Upset our Finely tuned Balance + What happens when the Balance gets tipped

  • What is Biofeedback + Biofeedback's Big Benefits, including ReBalancing Emotions, How Certain Hormones can depress us or Lift us up + How to address Chronic Fatigue

  • The Secret is to Establish New Patterns + Reimprinting (includes a Biofeedback taster session).

Meet your Meditation Coach

Laura J Jones is a devoted meditator and has been successfully coaching private clients with Mind Calm since she graduated 3 years ago. Laura is also a qualified Biofeedback practitioner and Mind Detox therapist and often combines all three techniques to help clients transform from a place of emotional or physical dis-ease to wellness and happiness. Having worked internationally at the Award-winning LifeCo Detox Centre in Turkey, via my Online Skype clinic and in person, and I am now excited to introduce the world of meditation to Edinburgh’s Yoga Room.
