Why Meditate?

Meditation enables you to change your relationship with your-self, but primarily your mind and as a result habits and behaviours also begin to evolve as does your physical body too. 

Studies have found meditation actually reduces the brains activity in your primary somatosensory cortex - (an area of the brain that helps create the feeling of where and how intense a painful stimulus is). Read my article 'Meditation can reshape your brain'. So not only can you experience more peace, and fulfillment in life, but you can also alleviate physical symptoms including pain. The Bio-Calm Package is a 5 session package designed for you to get Peace with your thoughts, body and life. You will explore the beautiul teachings of Mind Calm meditation as Laura guides and supports you through the modules below.

If you've already done a Bio-Calm package, attended a workshop or course, having learnt Mind Calm Meditation perhaps you're ready for a refresher?

MEDITATION SESSION

During this session, you can share your meditation journey so far, concerns, difficulties, or the pure joy you are now experiencing since learning Mind Calm and Laura will recap any relevant modules and teachings with you and finish with a beautiful guided meditation to suit your needs. Please note: session lasts approx 1 hour and doesn't included Biofeedback.

MEDITATION + BIOFEEDBACK

During this session, you can share your meditation journey so far, concerns, difficulties, or the pure joy you are now experiencing since learning Mind Calm and Laura will recap any relevant modules and teachings with you and finish with a beautiful guided meditation to suit your needs. We will also do your Biofeedback scan and you will receive the specific EMF to help specific symptoms to aid your body and meditation practice.  Please note: this is primarily a meditation session, but you will experience the Biofeedback frequencies.

During this Mind Calm Level 1 class, you will discover the life-changing insights that sit at the heart of this unique meditation technique, have opportunities to meditate for short periods of time within the group and also learn how to use Mind Calm Meditation with your eyes open so you can experience the benefits throughout your day. Hi I'm Laura, I've been meditating for the past 7 years now, a devoted meditator, I use it as regularly as I clean my teeth. Basically anytime I remember, eyes open or eyes closed.

I've successfully coached hundreds of other soul seekers over the past 3 years through one to one coaching, 1 day workshops and courses.
